adequate services
great amount sun bed fun relaxation lounger smart television bluetooth access issue not heated
the pool was excellent. it had a great amount of sun beds. loungers were also available for relaxation. the floats were provided by the hotel and they added more fun.
the tv was not a smart tv. i had to connect via bluetooth to access it. it was a waste of time.

decent stay but overpriced
unfriendly receptionists expensive late checkout
the pool area seemed well maintained and had very comfortable sunbeds, with towels readily available.
I had some issues . Our coffee and tea supplies were not restocked, so i had to buy my own teabags. the receptionists were not very attentive! and somewhat unfriendly. they wanted a lot of euros for a late check out. apply.

Stylish and super clean
stylish design fresh options friendly service relaxing atmosphere
I really enjoyed the hotel's design. It felt very considered and elegant. Breakfast had many fresh options, and I loved the sea view each morning. The staff provided friendly service. They were always available when needed. The pool area's tunes added to a relaxing atmosphere.
The coffee capsules weren't refilled daily. I had to request it.

The hotel has a pool that is well stocked with sunbeds and towels. I found the design modern. The bars and the pool area felt fine. The attention to detail across the hotel is very nice.

The hotel is close to a small beach, and i could explore the local area easily. The area is quiet, nice to relax. The sea view from the room was fantastic!

The staff was kind and cute. The reception staff always helped me resolve any questions. They were polite. The service from Martha stood out. She was very professional.

great location short walk plenty of choices full parking difficult spot customer care
The location was great! It was a short walk to the marina. I also liked being close to the main area for restaurants. The Italian Beach Club vibe made me happy! All rooms had sea views. Breakfast offered plenty of choices as well.
The free parking nearby was always full. It was difficult to find a spot. The first night, I drove around for 45 minutes. I eventually parked in the hotel parking, but I was not happy about it! Customer care could have been better.

Acceptable hotel stay
breakfast buffet clean room well kept hotel unfriendly staff disturbing impression bad odor
The breakfast buffet was great! It included options like Bucks Fizz. The room looked clean, and the entire hotel was well maintained. The gym also met my needs .
The staff seemed unfriendly. I had the impression I was disturbing them. When asking questions at reception, I seemed like I was annoying them. The first room had an odor that woke me up, so I had to change rooms.
